from TMZ,
Sean Avery just caught a fast break in his police battery case—because we’re told, he won’t face any charges after his recent arrest ... for allegedly shoving a cop.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, “No criminal charges of any kind will be filed against Sean Avery stemming from his August 5 arrest for battery on a police officer.”

LOL - “No officer was ever actually pushed”
So a cop tried to bully his way into Avery’s place and got his foot slammed in the door?

So I’m sure if I closed a door in an officer’s face I would just get a stern talking to. I can’t wait for the PD to issue an apology for interrupting the party.

Upon further investigation, the LAPD has discovered that Sean Avery is at least slightly famous and, as a result, is incapable of doing anything wrong.
