Ladies and germs, welcome to the new NHL, where up is down and down is sideways and Bob Goodenow is doing cartwheels that he got the heck out of Dodge when he did. Just when you thought labor peace had finally arrived, the NHL and NHL Players' Association could be headed for their first significant disagreement over the new CBA…but it's not the kind of fight Goodenow used to relish. Better pull up a chair 'cause this one's a beauty. The union is considering pushing for a lower-than-expected salary cap next season. And if it does, the NHL will probably tell 'em to take a hike.continued
