* The Ducks have rallied from a deficit in 10 of 16 victories on their current 17-game streak. They are a league best 15-5-1 (.738%) when allowing the first goal this season.

* Hiller improved his personal winning streak to 13 straight games, extending his club record and becoming the first netminder to accomplish the feat since Chris Osgood posted a 13-0-0 record from January to March, 1996. Tom Barrasso (March to April, 1993) and Tiny Thompson (December 1929 to January 1930) share the League record of 14 consecutive wins.

* At 34-8-5 (73 points), Anaheim leads the League and has posted its best 47-game record in franchise history, shattering the previous mark of 30-9-8 (68 points) established in 2006-07.

* Ducks captain Ryan Getzlaf scored his 23rd goal of the season (seventh game-winner), moving him within two goals of his career-high (25) established in 2006-07 and again in 2008-09. Getzlaf’s seven winners are second in the League behind only Corey Perry (eight). Getzlaf (23-30--53) and Perry (25-24--49) rank fourth and sixth, respectively, in the League scoring race.

JAGR KEEPS CLIMBING
Jaromir Jagr took sole possession of seventh on the League’s all-time scoring list (694-1,030--1,724), passing former teammate Mario Lemieux (690-1,033--1,723) with an assist on Marek Zidlicky’s goal at 4:57 of overtime. Jagr is 31 points behind Steve Yzerman (692-1,063--1,755) for sixth all-time.

* Jagr needs six goals to become the seventh player in League history to score 700 or more goals. He currently is tied with Mark Messier for seventh on the all-time goals list.

* According to the Elias Sports Bureau, Jagr has 33 career regular-season overtime points (18-15--33), the second most all-time behind teammate Patrik Elias (15-20--35). Jagr’s 18 overtime goals are the most in League history.

LIGHTNING STRIKE DOWN FLYERS’ STREAK
Tampa Bay ended Philadelphia’s 10-game home winning streak with a 6-3 victory Saturday afternoon, handing the Flyers their first loss at Wells Fargo Center since Nov. 7. Lightning defenseman Matt Carle posted a career-high and franchise-record plus-six rating and recorded two assists to extend his career-best point streak to six games (0-8--8). According to the Elias Sports Bureau, Carle’s plus-six rating is the highest in the League since Sam Gagner scored 4-4--8 and finished with a plus-six rating on Feb. 2, 2012.

* The teams combined for seven goals in the second period including Martin St. Louis’ 20th of the season. This is the tenth time in the past 11 seasons that St. Louis has reached the 20-goal plateau.

MORE SOLID GOALTENDING
* Playing in his hometown, Corey Crawford stopped 36 of 38 shots in Chicago’s 2-1 overtime loss to Montreal. Crawford made a stop in the second period that is a save-of-the-year candidate

* Marc-Andre Fleury posted his League-leading 26th victory of the season as Pittsburgh won its seventh consecutive game against Calgary (last loss was Dec. 3, 2005). Since the 2011-12 season, the Penguins have gone 23-4-4 against Western Conference teams.

* Bruins netminder Tuukka Rask made 26 saves for his 21st career shutout (league-high fifth this season). This was his 22nd win of 2013-14, matching a career-high with his 22nd win of 2013-14.

* Semyon Varlamov made 25 saves to improve to 8-0-5 in his past 13 decisions, the longest stretch of his career without a regulation loss, as the Avalanche defeated the Wild 4-2.

* Senators netminder Craig Anderson made 32 saves for his 15th win of the season, improving to 6-0-2 in his past eight games.

ANDREI THE GIANT
Andrei Markov scored his second goal of the game at 1:28 of overtime to give the Montreal Canadiens a 2-1 win against the Chicago Blackhawks. According to the Elias Sports Bureau, Markov is the first Montreal defenseman ever to score two or more goals while providing every goal scored by his team in a regular-season overtime win.

DOING IT FOR DAD
Detroit’s Tomas Tatar (1-1--2) goal at 12:06 of the third period broke a 1-1 tie and stood up as the game winner in a 3-1 Red Wing victory over the Los Angeles Kings. Tatar was playing in his first game since his father passed away Friday. He will play Sunday in Anaheim before flying home to Slovakia for his father’s funeral.
