“We realize we have to get goals different ways, but we have still been able create offense to this point,” Trotz said. “It might be a little surprising to some people, but there are different ways to attack a problem. We set out to have a certain type of team based on where we were with the hockey club. It’s two games into it, but we are going the right direction.”
Instead of loading up two lines, Trotz has outfitted each line with a bruiser, a creator and a finisher.
