Without fans there will be no one to uphold the tradition of booing Commissioner Gary Bettman when he hands off the Cup. If he has a sense of humor he’d allow a recording of jeers to be played as he comes out to the ice.

He seems to enjoy playing the heel.  I think it’s 60-40 that they would go through with it.

The only two cities who probably wouldn’t boo Bettman would be Chicago and Pittsburgh. He has done everything he could do to help their teams. smirk

I’m hoping they have those virtual fans they have been displaying on the arena video screen.
