Minor Issues 10/28

Sometimes, there are significant things to write about in the world of minor league hockey. Other times, there are not. For those times, I’ll write one of these posts and let you, the dedicated reader, decide what interests you.


The AHL candidates for 2011 will be announced today at 3:00pm ET. The actual ceremony will be held January 31 at the AHL All-Star Classic in Hershey, PA. (more)

college rankings in all sports tend to result in “what the…” moments. what are ya gonna do?

Yes but honestly, NCAA hockey polls are usually quite reliable.  Because there isn’t as much bias and politicking.

Uless New Hampshire lost twice, including once in OT, to the Boston Bruins… I fail to see how ANYONE can put them there…
