Like i said, he was going to be gone for the year. It was a horrible injury and i wish him a speedy recovery. Our cup hopes took a serious dive. Its role players like manny that wins cups, he was a huge part of our depth, and suddenly our centerman dont look nearly as deep. I have serious doubts about our 3rd and 4th lines being able to do the job now.

As much as this sucks for the Canucks, I really feel the worst for Malholtra. I hope he recovers sufficiently to resume his career.

What a bummer for Vancouver, he’s been solid for them. Who fills his spot? Now let’s hope he’ll be OK in the long run both for his career and just day to day well being. Eye injuries freak me out.
