Wow….just wow.  Chicago and Detroit aren’t legitimate contenders and the Blues a team that’s been in the playoffs like 3 times in the past 10 years and the Sharks, perpetual chokers are?

I dunno’ Chief. While I would argue their hunger this year seems legit, that particular criticism against the Wings has some validity over the last few years. It has always been my biggest worry about the team; an amazing run of success over the last decade (and then some) has to make it difficult to reignite the fire year after year.
