from Alan Adams of Sportsnet,

The National Hockey League, meanwhile, has its share of records that will never be broken, along with a few that could be broken.
Take Glenn Hall’s mark of 502 consecutive starts in net. Not even New Jersey workhorse Martin Brodeur can slip on a Superman costume and better this accomplishment.
How about Teemu Selanne’s 76 goals as a rookie with the Winnipeg Jets in 1992-93? Unless the NHL makes nets as big as soccer nets, you have to think Selanne will be the perennial benchmark for rookies to shoot for.
