Leetch Upset With Olympic Snub

from the Patriot Ledger,
Leetch, who has represented the U.S. in 11 international tournaments - most recently, the 2004 World Cup of Hockey - wasn’t made aware of where he stood this time. Like nearly everyone with an interest in the roster, Leetch learned who is and isn’t going to Turin when the team was announced Monday night on OLN. ‘‘I can’t give you any information, because no one talked to me about anything,’’ Leetch said. ‘‘I’m not even sure who had the most say - (Laviolette) or the GM (Don Waddell, who holds the same title with the Atlanta Thrahssers). I’ve had no contact with anyone.’’
