Kuba Hurting- Will He Be Traded

from the Pioneer Press,
For the record, Filip Kuba has an abdominal strain that will cause him to miss a second consecutive game tonight against the Los Angeles Kings, the Wild defenseman said Monday. Kuba is one of four Wild defensemen due to become unrestricted free agents who could be high on the shopping lists of teams looking for a durable top-four defenseman. Hence the club's caginess about Kuba's injury. "He's injured," Risebrough said. "We don't anticipate him out long. That's the official line." Does that mean Kuba is on the trading block? "I'm saying that the trade deadline is looming, and I'm not commenting about who I'm trading or not," Risebrough said.
