Sorry for the problem. From my hosting service.
[November 12th 2012 - 12:17PM CST] Our team has identified another spike on the monitored web cluster that has caused the most recent intermittent performance impacts. We’re working to identify where/who is the source of impacts.
So if you have access issues, you know the problem is being addressed.
