via Steve Nash tweet,
I need my brother in law, Manny Malhotra of the Vancouver Canucks, to have a successful eye surgery tomorrow saving his eye and vision.

That was almost as gruesome as Bryan Berard’s eye accident but my well wishes are the same: raising a Guinness to a successful surgery and recovery.

He’s a wonderful dude on and off the ice, certainly missed here in columbus. Here’s to a successful surgery and speedy recovery.

Manny Malhotra became a well respected fan favorite in his one year in San Jose last season. We all wish him well and hope for the best outcome and recovery.

hes a great guy and a fan favorite in vancouver as well. I knew it was going to be a serious injury as soon as i saw it happen. Hope he gets well soon, and regains his vision, hockey is all fun and can be serious, but i hope that his eye gets better so he can regain the life he has. Eyesight is something that takes can never be replaced, and I hope the surgery is a success, not only for the canucks, but for manny himself mostly.
