Judge Dismisses Ovechkin Suit

A judge in Washington, D.C., has dismissed a lawsuit by Moscow Dynamo to have Capitals' star Alexander Ovechkin returned to the Russian League team. Dynamo wanted the U.S. court to enforce a Russian arbitrator's ruling that it still owns the rights to the 2004 No. 1 overall pick and leading candidate for the Calder Trophy.
