I think the NHLPA is going to let the league use their nuke before the players use theirs. They have to be aware that at some point, the disclaimer-as-bargaining-tactic idea will have to be settled and it’s going to look a lot better for them if it comes after the season is destroyed than being arguably the reason for that happening.
