As was indicated in the NHL/NHLPA media avail yesterday, teams are being directed to use specific terminology in describing players absence. Beginning tomorrow, the NHL wants clubs to use the terms “not fit to play” or “unable to practice” to explain any player’s absence.

I can see keeping health/injury news private before teams got in bubble, as any players getting it might possibly endanger whole playoff scheme, might get unfairly blamed. But during playoffs, in bubble, does this mean we really can't find out nature and extent of all injuries?
