Regarding TSN and Aaron Ward getting a deal wrong for perhaps the first time ever, especially given that we live in a hockey world where "Insiderrs" and would-be "experts" make a living wage selling fans on nonsensical trade rumors, there's something to be said for, "We all get it wrong once in a while." Or, as the CBC's Elliotte Friedman put it:
As far as I'm concerned, Ward should have to wear P.J. Stock's collar-up sportcoat during TSN's TradeCentre on Tuesday, and all will be well with the world again. I do this for a living, and let me tell you, most of us work our asses off to get details right, but the best-intentioned make mistakes.
