It sounds like the makings of yet another reality TV show.
Contestants are told to sing, while being asked such philosophical questions like if they prefer a gun that is loaded with bullets, or poetry. As they answer, pieces of candy are thrown at their heads.
For the 100 players willing to undergo these 20-minute “no-holds barred” interviews at this week’s National Hockey League draft combine in Toronto, the grand prize - being drafted by an NHL team next month - seems worth any humiliation.
