At first I thought they were bad hits but after looking at them a few times they don’t look like they hit the heads.

Bob McKenzie tweet this morning,
No hearing/supplementary discipline for Nazem Kadri hit on Daniel Sedin last night.

The Kadri hit definitely contacted the head - not so apparent on these views but other angles show it. Either way, they were both (including the hit on Hansen) predatory blindside hits. Kadri has a history of dirty play, and left his feet, but no… NHL discipline is in name only. And Babcock would certainly have been steaming if this had been pulled on Datsyuk a couple years ago… or Matthews now. Nothing has really changed since Duncan Keith elbowed Daniel in the head in what, 2012? And yes, Burrows should get a suspension as well.
