Gagne Proceeds With Caution

After admitting he probably came back too soon from his first bout with concussion-like symptoms, the Flyers left wing vowed to take more time off before jumping back into NHL action with his latest woes, which include dizziness and fatigue.
When a return date might be is anyone’s guess.
This much we do know: Gagne was examined by team doctor Gary Dorshimer on Friday. While Dorshimer continues to decline to use the word “concussion” in describing Gagne’s condition, the simple matter is that it took Gagne three attempts before passing a baseline test the last time around and now says he isn’t ready to take another since once again complaining of symptoms.
