Gaborik & Drury Leave Game Tonight

The injury bug took a big bite out of the New York Rangers Friday night as both Marian Gaborik and Chris Drury have left the game with injuries.
Gaborik suffered a shoulder injury in the second period in a collision with Maple Leafs’ forward Colby Armstrong. Armstrong received a boarding minor on the play and Gaborik remained on the ice for the ensuing power play. Later, Gaborik was seen grimacing on the Rangers bench before heading to the team’s dressing room.

Broken finger for Drury is the early assessment. Not sure if its the same finger he injured in the preseason

added 10:28pm, Multiple reports, Gaborik out 2-4 weeks with shoulder injury and Drury out 6 weeks with the broken finger.

Come on, Gabarik pretty much was healthy all season last year, you had to know he was overdue. It was only a matter of time. Gaborik, Franzen…..
