Do remember the NHLPA and NHL are still meeting...

In the larger group meeting, the two sides are focusing on the current interpretation of hockey-related revenue and what that definition encompasses.
"There is an agreement in large part, I thought, to maintain the current language," Fehr said. "There are some issues, in certain circumstances, about what the current language means. And I really don't want to discuss it more than that until I get a full report about what these discussions are about."
When asked if the discussion touched on core economic concepts, Fehr said it did, though the actual shares to be received by both sides have not been addressed.
"I'm not going to talk about the specifics but in general we're trying to discuss, 'How do we find a way to make an agreement? How do we bridge the gaps on the major issues that are between us?' The kind of things you'd hope we'd talk about," Fehr said.
