Meanwhile, 25-year-old Patric Holmqvist is quickly gaining notoriety, especially back home in Sweden, as his popularity grows in his role as the next great NHL net-front presence.

I wonder if the Predators’ Patric Hornqvist knows about this Holmqvist guy. They sound like they play a very similar game.

The guy gives 100% every game, is the best net front presence since Dino Cicarelli and has the best trait you can have as a hockey player: grumpiness. I’m gonna miss that goofy Swede when he retires.
