I agree. The UFA, RFA, and trade markets this year are awful. Take a look at Kovalchuk. He thought he had all the leverage in the world, and it turns out he has very little because teams are too cap-conscious to listen to his high numbers. And those that would be interested in gambling can’t, because they already gambled on someone else in the past couple of seasons and blew their cap room.
