i’m a pens fan but i don’t understand how the penguins could be higher favorites than L.A., NYR at a minimum

Geez. All the Penguins have done this summer is lose players. Though given how bad they looked in the playoffs, maybe subtraction is addition? Still find it hard to see how they are favored.
