Don’t Expect Major Moves

The first NHL trade, post-Olympics, didn't get much notice Tuesday — and why would it? The Calgary Flames picked up Cale Hulse, a 33-year-old journeyman from the Columbus Blue Jackets... In the larger picture, it is also indicative of the type of transaction that we'll see between now and next Thursday's NHL trading deadline. There is no Jaromir Jagr sweepstakes to liven up the proceedings this time around, no Brian Leetch or Sergei Gonchar or Robert Lang, moving on to the highest bidder. The biggest name, Doug Weight, has already moved on...
