Detroit Not As Good As Last Season

from E.J. Hradek at ESPN,
I figure the Red Wings will get to the century mark again this season, but I don’t think they’ll get to 113. So, I guess, that means they won’t be quite as good….
Holland did add veteran fourth-liner Dallas Drake, who had been released by the Blues, and journeyman minor-leaguer Mark Hartigan.
The Wings will again be a formidable club. They have a few promising kids, some emerging young stars and several special veterans. I don’t think they’ll put up as many points as last season, but I’ll be very surprised if they don’t win the Central Division.
more on the Wings…
