DALLAS, Texas - The Dallas Stars, in conjunction with NBC, announced today that Dave Strader and Daryl "Razor" Reaugh will call the Dallas Stars vs. Boston Bruins contest on Sunday, Feb. 26. Strader will provide play-by-play, and Reaugh and Brian Boucher will serve as the color analysts for the nationally televised game on NBC. The game is scheduled for an 11:30 a.m. CT puck drop at American Airlines Center.
Strader, who returned to the broadcast booth for the Stars current five-game homestand, continues his fight against cholangiocarcinoma, a fairly rare and aggressive form of cancer. His treatment schedule afforded him the opportunity to travel to Dallas and return to the booth and he called his first game in 283 days last night against Tampa Bay. Following the Stars games vs. Pittsburgh on Feb. 28 and vs. New York Islanders on March 2, he will return to upstate New York to continue his treatment.
