Danny Markov Out With Broken Hand

from Ansar Khan of Mlive,
Wings defenseman Danny Markov will be out for three weeks because of a broken right hand, the club said Wednesday. Markov was injured during the third period of Tuesday's 5-1 win in St. Louis, when he was hit by a shot. The Wings will likely recall a defenseman from Grand Rapids -- either Derek Meech or Jonathan Ericsson -- for Thursday's game vs. the Blues.
