Dallas Stars pondering training camp in Charlottetown, newspaper says

From the Canadian Press via The Hockey News:

There’s a report the City of Charlottetown and the Dallas Stars are close to signing a deal that would bring a portion of the NHL club’s training camp to Prince Edward Island this fall.

The Charlottetown Guardian cites a report in the Dallas Morning News that says the Stars are “pondering having part of training camp” on Prince Edward Island.

Wayne Long, Charlottetown’s events development officer, declined comment when asked about the story.
