Dallas May Have Some Players Available

Mike Heika of the Dallas Morning News answered some chat questions today.
If the Stars keep heading south, do you think the front office will make a ton deals at the deadline in order to get younger talent?
If they do look like a non-playoff team, I could definitely see them dangling Ryder, Jagr, Morrow, Robidas, even Whitney. The problem is they have to stay above the floor. We'll see. It's a ways off right now.
I read in the Philly media where Jagr and Philly both would be open to a trade back there if the Stars are out of it by the deadine.
I think that would work if the Stars want to make this a rebuilding season.
continue for more from the chat...

On stupid and unrelated news, I just traded Samuelsson+Quincey for Morrow+prospect on NHL12.

Hmm, I’ve always wanted to see Ray Whitney back on the Wings. I thought he was misused in his Detroit stint.

I’d rather see Ryder or Jagr Don’t know if I could stomach Robidas or not. Also not breaking the bank for them either. Bag of pucks for Jagr. Emmerton or Kindl for Ryder.

Cleary AND Ryder on the Wings? That would be awesome
