From the AP via TSN,
The son of Nashville Predators’ owner Craig Leipold was charged with drunk driving Thursday after police pulled him over for speeding, marking his second drunk-driving arrest since May.
Christopher Leipold was pulled over Thursday morning after Officer Kevin Wayne Lovell said he clocked him driving 43 m.p.h. (69 km/h) in a 35-m.p.h. (56-km/h) zone . The officer got out of his car after motioning for the 31-year-old to pull over.
Leipold seemed confused before rolling the window up, then back down, Lovell wrote in an affidavit. Lovell also said he smelled alcohol and that Leipold admitted to having ‘‘a couple’’ of drinks.
