According to Bob McKenzie on TSN, Colton Orr signs a 4-year deal with Toronto, $4 million deal in total.

A 27-year-old native of Winnipeg, Orr fought 18 times with the New York Rangers last season. Toronto general manager Brian Burke has made it crystal clear that he wanted to upgrade the Maple Leafs in the toughness department.
