I agree with you. The description doesn’t always match what my lieing eyes are telling me, but at least they don’t just leave out the explanation completely.

It’s not long enough. Should be at least 5 games. You have to show players league means business in order to change the culture.
It is a well reasoned explaination that is diminished by a relatively minor punishment.

whether I agree with specific instances of supplementary discipline or not, I have to say these video explanations are one of the best additions to the game there’s been in the last couple of decades. at least there’s a record. at least, slowly but surely, some kind of referencial standard is being set. at least the league has to publicly defend their decisions to suspend or not suspend people.
