Like everybody else, I experienced a bunch of emotions before, during and after the lockout. First of all, I predicted that it wouldn't last more than a month, so that's how much I knew. But if anyone within the decision-making department of both the league and the players' association looked at this realistically, if they had done their homework, they had to realize that a lockout was going to be futile. I was wrong about that, but now I'm wrong about the fact that it didn't serve any purpose.
