Canadiens Acquire Boyd, Ellis and Futures from Preds in Return for Sergei Kostitsyn and Futures

According to various sources, the Montreal Canadiens have acquired Dustin Boyd, Dan Ellis and future considerations from the Nashville Predators in return for Sergei Kostitsyn and future considerations.

UPDATE:  From TSN’s Bob McKenzie’s tweet:

Futures in MTL-NAS trade are simple. If one side, or other, sign the player(s) involved, late-round draft pick(s) change hands. No big deal.

Looks like Flyers are going to overpaid for a goalie July 1.

So what’s the over/under on how long it’s going to take for Ellis to earn the #1 spot and then Gauthier trading him away so that Price can once again be shoehorned into the starter position?
