Bryzgalov Not A Confident Man Right Now

Ilya Bryzgalov gave up 4 goals on 10 shots tonight after coming in for starter Sergei Bobrovsky, who by the way faced 15 shots while giving up 5 goals.
He faced the media after the game….

That’s got to be embarrassing for the Flyers. It’s one thing to admit to having a bad night, it’s another to say you just generally have no confidence in yourself.

I would pay to see any other goaltender fess up to such a poor effort.
Manny Legace used to do it all the time. After one particularly poor outing, he said he felt like hanging himself. And he was quite serious about it.
Honesty may be good for the soul, but it doesn’t do much to inspire your teammates.
