from Phil Coffey of NHL.com,
Martin Brodeur stands alone.
The New Jersey Devils’ standout goalie earned his 552nd victory, the most wins ever by an NHL goalie, Tuesday night at Prudential Center, besting the Chicago Blackhawks 3-2 before a raucous crowd that chanted “Marty, Marty” and “Marty’s better” throughout the game.
After the game, Brodeur, with a little help from his teammates, cut the net away from the posts. Probably will make a very nice keepsake.
