Kukla's Korner Hockey

Bring It On

from the Edmonton Journal,
I want to see a hockey fight. A donnybrook. A brouhaha. How about a tilt, a set-to or some fisticuffs? I'd even settle for a skirmish, a tussle, a scuffle or a clash. Where are the haymakers, upper cuts and jabs? I pine for the days of Orr when scrapping was fighting, not what they were doing to fighting. I miss Dave Semenko, Dave Brown and Bob Probert. Not one of them would play more than five minutes a game in the NHL now. Yeah, I miss the fighters, but mostly I miss the fights.
