Brendan Morrison Signs With Flames

Calgary, AB – The Calgary Flames announced today that they have agreed to contract terms with veteran NHL forward Brendan Morrison.
Morrison, a native of Pitt Meadows, BC, and former Hobey Baker Award winner, has played in 829 NHL regular season games. His career totals include 187 goals and 360 assists for a total of 547 points and 424 penalty minutes. Last season (2009-10) he played 74 games with the Washington Capitals, registering 12 goals and 30 assists for 42 points and 40 penalty minutes.

should be value for money. suprised sutter didn’t manage to somehow screw that one up - but then, sather’s probably the sutton for overblown contracts.
