(ST. LOUIS) – St. Louis Blues Chairman Tom Stillman announced today that the Blues have named Doug Armstrong President of Hockey Operations and General Manager and Bruce Affleck President of Business Operations. In addition, Affleck was named an Alternate Governor, joining Armstrong in that capacity.

“Having worked closely with Doug and Bruce for the past year, I have been able to observe their skills, dedication, and professionalism first-hand,” said Stillman. “These changes are a strong statement of confidence in their leadership now and into the future.”
