Blues Lose Jay Bouwmeester For The Season With A Hip Injury, Scottie Upshall Out Too

ST. LOUIS - St. Louis Blues President of Hockey Operations and General Manager Doug Armstrong announced today that defenseman Jay Bouwmeester will miss the remainder of the season with a left-hip injury.
Bouwmeester will be sidelined for four to six months.
In addition, Armstrong announced that forward Scottie Upshall will be re-evaluated in four weeks after suffering a left MCL sprain during the game against the Dallas Stars last Saturday.
