Kukla's Korner Hockey

Big Loss For Oilers

from Bob McKenzie of TSN,
Fans in Edmonton are going to say Hurricanes forward Andrew Ladd was running the goalie but the truth is, he stumbled and was hit by Marc-Andre Bergeron. There was absolutely nothing that Ladd could have done to avoid the collision. Ty Conklin came in to replace Roloson and really only had to make one save of consequence. He and Jason Smith got tied up behind the net and Rod Brind'Amour put the puck in the net with a wraparound. What a turn of events in this hockey game and what a turn of events for this series.
