American TV viewers have been tuning out since the mid-1990s. It can't be the product any more. Hockey is more exciting than ever, the broadcasts are of good quality and don't have annoying gimmicks such as the glowing blue puck, and there are some marquee young players in the league. Yet Americans still don't care. And that makes the business of professional hockey less certain than it should.read on... A blanket statement saying "Americans still don't care" is a kick to my stomach!
