Allison Breaks Finger, Tucker Faces Suspension

from the Journal News,
The Toronto Maple Leafs didn't get much time to celebrate their small winning streak. Within minutes of a 2-1 victory over the Devils last night that gave the Maple Leafs consecutive wins for the first time since Nov. 26-28, Toronto found out Jason Allison fractured a finger. And the Maple Leafs could be without Darcy Tucker as well when they try to make it three straight wins tonight in Pittsburgh. Tucker got a five-minute match penalty for ripping the helmet off Cam Janssen in a fight and twice hitting him in the face with it. That will warrant an automatic review from NHL disciplinarian Colin Campbell.
read on update 12:30pm, via Leafs Lunch, Tucker was fined but not suspended for the "helmet incident".
