Nearly 20 years after a debilitating lower back injury cut short his NHL Hall of Fame career, Mike Bossy still suffers chronic pain on a daily basis. Yet the 49-year-old legendary New York Islander, who stands at an even six feet, weighs a lean 190 pounds - roughly 10 pounds below his playing weight. So what does he do to keep himself trim and in decent condition - despite his painful flare-ups? "I do a lot of gardening. I do a lot of stuff at home, especially during the summer," says Bossy, who sat down with the Sun during a recent visit to Edmonton.
