We can only hope that both sides understand the angst of hockey fans that worry more about wins, losses, goals and assists, than they do about Hockey Related Revenue, escrow and the Salary Cap.

Please, Don. Please, Gary….Not Again.

For Fehr and Bettman, hockey-related revenue, escrow and the salary cap ARE the Stanley Cup.

Don’t appeal to the PA—to this point, this has been all ownership. Last lockout, the players gave a ton back, and even before they finally came to an agreement, the players were conceding a lot in the proposals they put forth that would’ve prevented a lost season.

Of course, it could be different this time, but until there is any hard evidence that the players are asking for more than they have now, and it isn’t in lieu of something the owners are asking them to give up, we should really appeal to Gary on these articles.
