Viola needs to be patient. The urge is to make a change for the sake of change but the draft picks Tallon has taken are only now starting to show results guys like Big Nick Bjugstad are starting to show what they can do. Same for Erik Gudbranson. The trade for Dylan Olsen and Jimmy Hayes was a steal. Viola must give Tallon the time to complete the mission and the mission to win the cup is possible in a few years.
