Jump Into the Action with NHL Home Ice

As you all know by now, I am a big supporter of NHL Home Ice. You have seen plenty of e-mail interviews with hosts as well as just general promotional blogs on Sirius/XM’s terrific hockey channel.

Despite it being the offseason, the channel has done a terrific job providing great hockey content on a daily basis. On “Hockey Today”, Mike Ross and Mick Kern keeps hockey fans updated on the latest hockey headlines/news going on throughout the league while also bringing on great guests to talk about our great sport.

On “The Power Play” Jim “Boomer” Gordon, Peter Berce and Joe Thistel (the great Scott Laughlin) is on vacation just wrapped up their annual 30-team season previews. This is one of NHL Home Ice’s staples as they interview members of the specific organization being previewed and also give us “5 burning questions” regarding said team.

With the season previews now finished, Jamie Shalley, Peter Berce and whoever else fills in whether it is Terry Mercury, Bruce Bolton, etc., will look at some “Games Gone Wild” that took place this season.

With both September and the hockey season on the horizon, NHL Home Ice, as always, will ramp up its coverage and continue to be the best hockey outlet out there. If you have not done so already, I would suggest getting a Sirius/XM subscription.

NHL Home Ice will make it well worth it for any and every hockey fan out there.
