From People Magazine:
Kristen Bell says there’s one person she’s never forgetting: Detroit Red Wings star Chris Osgood.
Maybe not a household name to non-hockey fans, but Bell says that growing up as a tomboy in Detroit, she considered Osgood “my first crush.”
“Brad Pitt be damned – he had nothing on Osgood’s rookie skill and sad eyes,” Bell, 26, says on NHL.com. “There was actually a day in high school when I wrote on a name tag ‘Mrs. Osgood’ and wore it the whole day. I really thought we were perfect for each other. I’d love to meet him – and probably apologize that things never worked out.”
The full interview can be found at NHL.com, with revelations about the Stanley Cup that involve things like sponge baths.
Not surprisingly, Ms. Bell anticipates that Mr. Sad Eyes will be winning the Cup.

Dominik Hasek’s appearance in this movie [note: don’t click that link unless you want to be annoyed to death by bad music and stupid flash] two years ago, was an Oscar-worthy performance as a heroic firefighter. (Well, not really.) But it is believable, isn’t it?
The Dominator, rising from the ashes, saving the unfortunate, etc. It was certainly the script the Red Wings hoped to play out for this season…
Anyway, farbeit from me to miss an easy target. Plus I’m a bit bored and those lunchtime cocktails have released my creative genius, so I played around with a couple of the movie stills. (Art-imitates-life-imitates-art-imitates-life… you get it.)
